New here and not sure where to start

Hello I am new to board.

I have lost 100 just through diet and exercise and have 25 to go to my goal.  Sadly even though I have tried, I still have tons of skin so looking into plastic surgery.  I have been thinking of a LBL, BA and I am sure something for thighs as 90 % of weight was in lower body.

I have been reading posts and blogs and basically anything and everything and I am honestly not even sure how or where or when to begin.  Is it too early to look into all of this or should i wait until I reach my goal?  It has taken 2 years and I dont really feel like I need to do a "maintenance period" as it truly has been a lifestyle change not just a diet.

If I do start now, what makes a good surgeon?  I try to read reviews and testimonials but it seems like for every glowing review there can and usually is a bad one.   Also I dont know if I am too far from goal to even worry about any of this or does it take months to get in and sorted?

I just feel so overwhelmed by all the information out there so I would appreciate any and all insight ;-)

PS I did extensive research on my surgeon and there were only glowing reviews of adoration. Be sure to carefully read the surgeon's credentials (use only a board certified by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons), training and education, etc etc in addition to speaking with former /current patients and reading tons and tons of reviews and any complaints and/or malpractice. Be careful of getting caught up in someone's marketing hype, and be sure to look at what really matters.

If you are looking to have several procedures done at once, you may want to look into Dr Sauceda in Monterrey Mexico.  We have our own group here on OH.  Click on Dr Sauceda in my siggy line and it'll take you over to the group.  There are 2 or 3 ladies in Monterrey now for surgery and they should be posting about there experiences.

You can go back 100 or so pages and read about my experience in Jan 2011, and 2013 for my upper body lift.  Dr Sauceda's specializes in massive weight loss patients.

Thanks for the responses.  I am not sure if I have the gumption to go to another country to have surgery.
