I used silicon sheet from MakeMeHeal the first time, then followed up with Sams Club Gene's Vit E Creme. I used paper tape a few times with my UBL, until my skin said no more, and the silicon a few times, mostly just use Gene's...

My ps said do NOT use any Vit E creams because although they will flatten the scars they will make the scars wider.
