120lbs down and starting to look into plastics in San Diego - help?

I am a 33 year old San Diegan looking to start consulting with surgeons and getting opinions for body contouring. I'd like to start small, maybe my arms.

I have bc/bs carefirst insurance and I am not sure if they cover any procedures or what I would have to do to get them to, so if anyone has knowledge on this please share with me.

Could anyone recommend a reputable surgeon that I can good and make an appointment with, just to see what the consultation is like? If so, I would greatly appreciate it!

Dr Sauceda in Monterrey Mexico.  Make a few calls and see some local PS and see what they think.  I just refused here locally, as they wanted to do the LBL, and BL in an outpatient clinic and send me home with a pain pump.  I live by myself and I wanted the 24/7 care that I received in the clinic.  I also liked the fact of an epidural and twilight sedation to allow for a longer surgery so that I could get more procedures done at once and only have one healing time off work.
