How far out from tt/lbl were you? I'm feeling up to it, but don't want to hurt anything. Doesn't help that I started talking to an ex again a little bit before surgery and its been a LONG time since I've had any lol

I think we did it 2 weeks out from my TT. I had drains in , but my husband did not care.

We just took it easy.

I know how you feel!!! I actually sent my surgeon an email... do I really have to wait 6 weeks??? He replied it was probably best to wait because I did not want to strain my abdominal muscles.

I did the best I could to be patient.

OMG the "makeup for time lost" sex is great that very first time, LOL.

My surgeon never even mentioned it and it wasn't on any of my paperwork. It helps that I'm living with my parents and I'm nervous about his dogs (pit bull mixes) jumping all over me lol.

I waited 8 weeks, but part of that was that my bf lives out of town and he was busy with union negotiations that summer.

Me on top and him from behind were the best 2 positions to start with for me. Him on top was a no-go for a while (sorry if that is too graphic)

Haha not at all. He's about 45 mins away so I probably wouldn't drive there at this point anyway. It's rough on a dating life moving back in with your parents lol

I am 3 weeks out, and there is no way yet. Maybe the open, goopy incisions and huge swelling is a part of that. LOL. But it really puts a damper on any sexiness feeling. Also though, just don't feel up to the "gymnastics" of it. I can barely get on/off the bed for sleeping.

okay I'm really rather shy so I can't believe I'm even going to get in on this conversation lol but since it was brought up, here it goes... my husband and I are both reeeally ready but I'm afraid I will hurt myself. I'm sure he will take it easy with me but my main concern is the sudden uncontrollable body movements during my ****** (oh my goodness my face is so red right now lol.) how did that go for you all? did it cause you to hurt your tummy or what happens? sorry I'm so shy lol!
