Have you had your labs done lately? If not, I would and make sure all is good to help with recovery. DSers tend to recover more slowly because of your increased nutritional needs.

I had LBL and BL in November and sailed right thru it! I really think the fact that I am in such great physical shape helped immensely. I do cardio and weight training 5-6 days a week. The day after I came home I was walking outside, within a week I was walking a few miles a day (without raising heart rate), week 2 I was allowed to increase intensity, by week 4 I was running again. Week 6 I was allowed to resume light weights and by week 8 I was back at boot camp (with modifications)! Yoga was the thing that took months before I could do the stretching poses....my tummy muscles were just too tight and it was uncomfortable.
I'm STILL experiencing random swelling. Like for the past week, my lower abs are just "puffy"..........but not so bad that my clothes don't fit or anything.
