It was more painful than I expected but would do it again in a heartbeat. I'm feeling better everyday. I had my drains and bandages removed this morning which helped allot. I cant wait for the swelling to go away and the incisions to heal. Still on pain meds and sleeping better. I cant belive I'm gonna actually  be able to wear tank tops this summer. No more long sleeves so happy

Congratulations!  I can't wait to see pictures of your arms.  I would love to have mine done too but they will have to wait.  You might want to check with your PS but I think you will have to keep your arms covered up this first year so that the scars are not exposed to the sun.

Thank you. I go back to see the surgeon on Monday to take off the stitches. I will get all my dos and don'ts and I will make sure I don't expose my scars to the sun as much as possible. I'm just happy I can wear short sleeve without being so self conscious.

Congrats on your transformation and continued good healing!!!

I am curious, are you able to do the breast massages with your arms being incised and painful?

Thank you. It's been a little ruff but I've been massaging as much as I can. It gets easier everyday.

Good for you! I am looking forward to my breast lift/aug. I am undecided about the arms owing to the incision. Is your incision in the back of the arm or underneath?

Continued good healing to you!!!

Glad to hear you're recovering well :)

How did you decide to do the BL and BA together?  I have always been large-chested, and I can't imagine being a C... but not sure if it is worth getting implants?

Thanks for your thoughts!

Thank you. I lost all my breast when I lost weight. I had major sag also. It was very uncomfortable. My implants just took me back to where I was when I was younger before kids and weight loss. I feel normal again.

Hello, I wanted to check in and see how you were doing?

I'm 3 days post op from the same surgery now. Doing ok and trying to cut back on my pain meds.

Are you wearing any kind of compression sleeves? I have on that covers my arms and breasts but I'm so swollen I feel like I can't breathe with it on. For now I'm just doing a sports bra and ace wraps on my arms. Also, are you taking anything like arnica or bromelain? I keep hearing good things about them, but I'm not sure if I should take them or not. My surgeon didn't feel strongly one way or another about them.

Just wanted to see how you were doing and feeling!
