I understand that as long as you document rashes, sores and etc for about six to twelve months that some insurances will cover a panni removal.  You may get turned down several times but persistence pays off sometimes.

Documentation is the key. Different companies have different requirements. Some require 3 consecutive months of treatment for rashes and other skin conditions while others require 6 months. Just see the same physician, get copies of their notes, copy scripts, and take lots of pictures in color and labeled.Insurance companies require that you show a stable weight so I would think the 4 years out would work in your favor. Good luck!
