I don't see many post on this.Just wondering how bad this is going to be?  Painful? swelling? burseing?  How long of recovery really should I expect I have heard two weeks to six weeks .  How do you go to the bathroom? I ordered compression garments but worry about the sizing. Did the measurements like they told me but my thighs  are so much bigger then the rest of me. Do not know if this a case of run off the mouth with nerves. But if you can help me with some answers I would be thankful.  I ordered the 755 DesignVeroniQue brand. Thanks for any answers    JUST how bad is the pain compared to Anchor cut LBL

I had this done. I was feeling pretty good at about a week out. Good enough to want to go out shopping and to dinner. I was able to hide my drains fairly easily under my pants. Bruising wasn't too bad. I had lipo of my abdomen and flanks and the bruising was worse from that. I have a scar that runs down the inner thigh down to the knee. I had some bruising but not all that bad. The garment got loose on me after the first week I guess because the swelling started to go down. I actually wound up getting a revision a few months later and ordered smaller garments and wish I had ordered them from the beginning. They were tough to get on but fit like a glove once they were on and did not ride down as the day went on my garments were from the marena group.

I probably could have not had the revision because the improvement after the initial surgery was ssssoooo good. But my feeling was I wanted it as close to perfect as it could be. I carried so much of my weight in my hips and thighs, it wasn't safe to pull it all out in one surgery. So after a couple of months I had more lipo done and a small additional amount of skin removed from one leg for symmetry. Loving my legs and hips now. The surgeon did a wonderful job.

Thank you, Jeterway. And thank you, OP, for understanding my hitching onto your conversation. My inner thighs are fat and flabby and I want them as perfect as they can be. I have seen so many photos of inner thigh lifts that just don't look right. So it is good to know that I can have a revision if needed to make them "perfect." Did you have to pay for the revision? Do you have before and after pix? I love my new tummy and mons and would love to love my thighs, too.

I will have to dig up my before pix.  I haven't taken after pix yet because the scars are still healing.  For the revision, I had to pay the facility and anesthesia fees only, the surgeon waived his fee.  I wanted much of the skin on my inner thigh removed as it was thin and contained lots of the fat that I couldn't get off with exercise.  The lipo really helped with the saddle bags that I had on my hips and upper exterior thighs.  My initial concern was the inside because they were just so bad.  I don't even remember mentioning my outer thighs and hips other than to say that I wanted lipo done.  I was amazed once the swelling went down how beautiful of a job he had done on the hips and outer thigh.  I can actually fit properly now into my clothes.  I used to buy whatever size pants fit my thighs.  I don't have to do that anymore.  And now I can actually see my muscles in my legs.  I was originally thinking that my thighs would be the end of my PS work.  But to be honest, now they look so good that I want to have my arms done.
