A bulge has formed above my right hip at the incision line of TT

The best way I can describe it is a love handle. I do not have one on the left side of my body, and it was not previously there on the right side. Does anyone know what this is?

Thanks, I followed your advice. My surgeon said I am recovering normally. I am 4 weeks post op today! Thrilled that he said I can take a long hot bath... I am filling my large cast iron tub right now.
