Looking for a plastic surgeon in Texas

I live in Killen, TX and am willing to travel, no further than Dallas though. I am looking to get breasts, tummy and "persona; area" done. Any recommendations would be great. I would prefer a female doc, but I understand that this area tends to be dominated by males.

Dr. LoMonaco in Houston is one of the best with post-bariatric patients. I love him.

Dr. Peter Fisher in San Antonio is active on this forum and seems very good. I do not know if that is within your distance limitations as I do not know the geography of TX. Please check him out. 

I think your first priority should be to find the most experienced surgeon (with massive weight loss patients)  that you can afford., and that you like his or her work.  This is a lot of surgery and I think male or female should be a very, very minor issue. You want the best results, possible. (It's kind of like having a baby- you realize modesty is not possible or important, a healthy outcome is!)
