Butt Autoaug

Those that had a butt autoaugmentation as part of your LBL, does it ever get to the point where it DOESNT feel like you have something foreign shoved in there?  I mean, I know its my own flesh that was used, but it feels like I have these like firm almost plastic pillows in there now.  Like when I sit, I can feel where they are not, and then if I move a certain way, I can feel pressure being put on where they are.  Its hard to explain.....  I guess it just feels very unnatural, and Im wondering if it will ever feel normal like it used to to sit again.

I am almost 2 years out. I can sit normally, but yoga or any exercise on a matt still feels horrible. I have to use an extra thick pillow under my butt. It feels a lot better than it did, but it's still weird.

Mine are high enough where it doesn't bother my sitting.  Did they hurt if they were touched on the side (leaning on the shower wall against them) - yep for 8-10 months.  I'm almost 2.5 yrs out and I really don't notice them much now.

Wow!  First I am hearing of the Butt Autoaugmentation thing as part of LBL....just googled and it seems to almost a corrective procedure b/c the LBL leaves the buttocks looking elongated?

Based on what you all are saying...it sounds sort of challenging long term.

How do i know if I will need this or not?? Currently have decent junk in the trunk - but will an LBL mess with that?

Apologize in advance for all of the newbie questions!

i'm "only" having an extended TT but my surgeon mentioned it to me, not because of a result of the surgery but because of the lack of butt that i have lol. i've never had one though so it doesn't bother me. as of right now i'm not really interested in getting one, but that could change.

If I hadnt done it, I would have gone from having a fairly decent sized read end (that was nothing but loose skin) to being absolutely flat back there, straight as a board, nothing left once the LBL was done.  I needed the LBL because my butt sagged half way down my legs, my outer thighs were really bad and my tummy was horrible.  So I had the augmentation to ensure I was left with SOMEthing back there.  Now it just feels like there is foreign matter stuffed up in there.  It doesnt feel like MY butt at all, even though its my tissue, and its inside my body.

I ca feel mine sitting, reclining most definitely and laying down is VERY uncomfortable.  I am praying this improves.  No one told me it would feel this way, and Im not a fan, at all.

Forgot to add that even at 2 years out, in certain sexual positions, they hurt. Hope yours gets better. I'm still happy I had it done. I would have had absolutely no butt and I like having one.

Duly noted....thanks so so much for sharing your experience ....definitely does not sound pleasant....I know I am "signing up" for a long healing process, but I do not want to think about the discomfort of my rear the rest of my life....  My thighs r terrible, but my rear seems reasonable...def. not hanging too bad....I will be sure to ask surgeon about this procedure.
