breast lift and reduction?

hi, i had gastric bypass 2 years ago and lost around 140lbs...yay... last year i had breast lift and reduction,,,now i dont know if its scar tissue or not,but i have a big buldge towards the back under my srms? if it is scar tissue what will the do about it?

I had a lot of upper back skin and fat and needed an upper body lift. It goes from under my breasts to the middle of back (like the lower body lift). It took care of my side boobage too.
