No waist/liposuction with fat grafting to butt

I'm so in need of help!  I'm 60 y/o, had RNY in 2003 and revised in 2008.  Over the years, I've lost 1 1/4 in. in height and my "waist" is like one inch under my bra line.  Pants fall off as I have no discernable waist.  I've had lower body lift, inner thigh lift, breast lift and still feel that my torso just looks WRONG!  I'm getting so discouraged.  My plastic surgeon and I spoke and he's suggesting liposuction from spare tire around the back and injecting that into my butt to give more shape.  I can't find much on line about this (tho' I'm no whiz on the computer!).  Does anyone else have this problem with a high waist, falling pants, and/or experience with fat grafting.  ANY feedback would be so appreciated!!!  Many thanks.      RNY with revision; 241/154

I don't have any experience on this question and I don't think I seen anything similar to it on OH.  You might check on www.realself.com and ask the doctors a question about what they would recommend.  Hope you find what you are searching for.

You can also watch videos on youtube.com. Just type in fat transfer to butt and it will show people who have had lipo then the fat injected to butt.

Thank you for the response.  I had the butt lift done 2 weeks ago tomorrow.  SO far, it looks good and seems to be taking.  It was hard to stay off my butt for 2 full weeks!  Thanks again for responding!

You can also Google "brazillian butt lift". My surgeon wanted to do one for me, but he said I had no fat to transfer

I did have the buttock auto-augmentation, where they use the flap of skin removed from the lbl and fold it down to add some tissue to the butt. I'm happy with that but would have loved the fat transfer.

You can have the lipo'd fat put into your butt, but it may not all stay around.
