Plastic Surgery at research university

I am completely unable to pay for the total body lift that I desperately need and only have Medicare.  Does anyone have any advice or info on getting in done perhaps at a research university anywhere?  Please help!  Thanks!  Charlee

Don't know where you are located, however, I had my Realize Band done at Stanford University using Medicare and was referred to the Plastic Surgery Department.  I chose to go another route when I was offered free medical care at another facility where I get my primary care.  Is there a medical school located near you?
