Incision placement Input needed. Time sensitive

Hi everyone. I'm 6 months post lbl, medial thigh lift with lipo. Next week I am scheduled for BL with augmentation and arm lift. I will also have some scar revision and lipo for fine tuning. I would like to address some lose jigly skin where saddlebags used to be. My surgeon said she could do an incision that goes partially under my butt and forward towards my hip. The incision would not meet the lbl incision and would not show under moderate cut underwear. Has anyone had this? I have to decide in the next couple of days and cannot find much on this type of incision and expected outcome. Thanks in advance!

I have seen a couple of people who had this surgery on Realself.com. You might go over there and ask this question for a quick answer.
