Just wondering what anyone found helpful to have on hand for recovery from breast lift/augment and lipo to thighs.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated

Wonderful and attentive family. Check. Caring friends. Check. Great attitude. Check.  Now if only ladies who had this will be good enough to reply. My surgery is in 8 days and I look forward to reading responses.

Thanks Paula. At least someone responded. Better late than never.

I had a prophylactic bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction from my abdomen so not the same surgery but similar. I didn't really need anything special for my recovery. I did buy so ready to drink protein drinks so that my family didn't have to mix anything for me. My one problem early out was back pain. The first few days I found it difficult to stand for long periods of time to prepare meals so perhaps make some stuff ahead of time to heat afterwards. This didn't last more than a few days and got better gradually. As far as the lipo, my doc had me taking bromelien to reduce swelling and black and blue marks. That is really all that I needed. You will probably have to wear a compression garment. Good idea to have two of them- one to wear while the other is laundered. Good luck to you.
