Has anyone gotten Kaiser to cover a breast lift and tummy tuck?

I have lost 100 lbs over the last year and a half on my own through diet and exercise.  I have Kaiser and recently had an appointment with the plastic surgeon regarding a breast lift and tummy tuck. He said in order to have Kaiser cover the lift as a reduction they would basically have to remove my entire breast, and that they will never cover the tummy tuck. He also said that I am a wonderful candidate, but that it would cost $13,500, which I obviously do not have. Has anyone been able to get Kaiser to cover the surgery for any other reason? I do get rashes on my stomach but he said that was not sufficient. Can anyone give me any other advise? Someone with some sort of payment plan? I need to do something, I can't live with this for an undetermined number of years.  

Chance of getting Kaiser to pay is very unlikely.  You'll probably have to be self-pay.  I went to Dr Sauceda.  You can take pics from the front, side, back, side and send to [email protected]   He'll get back to your with a more reasonable quote than you got from Kaiser.
