Does PS speed up your Metabolism?

I think it speeds up to help heal your body. I know for about 3 months post-plastics I was ravenous and ate around 3000 calories a day. At the 3 months mark, I gained a few pounds and I knew the honeymoon was over. I had to cut back to my usual 1700-2000 calories a day.

So the consensus is, it can speed up for healing, but don't count on a loss.

Melizabeth: I gag on over the counter protein drinks, too. Blech! The only one I can tolerate is SEI Max Protein. It's delicious. Check out their website here:  http://www.seinutrition.com/products/MAX-PROTEIN.html
