Long incision Thight lift

Can someone please recommend an out of country doctor that performs the vertical thigh lift? I need the long scar down to the knee, as I have a lot of excess skin. 

I already know about Dr. Sauceda, but if I can get recommendations for other doctors I'd greatly appreciate it.
