WARNING - SEMI NUDE - GRAPHIC - EXTENDED TUMMY TUCK PICS

Well just saw the doctor today and he took my binder off and checked my surgery and everything is healing up great. I am very pleased with the results and its only 5 days post op. Its gonna look smoking hot when everything heals up. Today is the first day I got to actually see the results. Its like a Christmas present being unwrapped. Its not as common to see pics of guys having a tummy tuck so this should be good to give you obesityhelp guys an idea of what to expect in results from and extended tummy tuck. Oh - And I got to say the scars look far more painful than they actually feel. Yes Im taking my pain meds so Im sure that helps but it definitely doesn't feel as rough as the pics look.

BUT FIRST THE BEFORE TUMMY TUCK PICS!

My belly button was VERY sad indeed!

Nice side tummy roll!

LOTS OF SKIN!

LOVE HANDLES GALORE!

AND NOW THE MOMENT YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR!

Here are the pics of my extended tummy tuck:

Above is a closup of my new belly button. Im in love!

Very Pleased with my new tummy!

It is definitely an extended tummy tuck - no more love handles!

Bye Bye excess Skin!

Drains - a necessary evil!

Glad you are feeling better than it looks.  You can now tell people that you have been "trimming the fat".  Take care and stay ahead of the pain.

A little bit - there was slight swelling but nothing too scary.

I am one who is having such issues (look up "Buster Gonad and his unfeasonalby large testicles" on

google or wiki - those Brits of an odd humor when it comes to cartoons) but grapefruit sized is not an exaggeration.  The boys are are gettin bettter but still need frequent iciings.;The overall result is coming along fine (surge date was Mar 4) but the added post op personal area trauma is in part from the extensive inquinal hearnia repair he did aa the same time. Am still more tired adn faiigued at this point than I usually am after surgery, but we go with the folw.

It's great having bergie as a one month pathfinder for me on this!  Good luck to all.

A few thoughts

1. Your binder is too tight. You shouldn't see that kind of skin dimpling/coloration from the pressure. You want gentle pressure on that abdominal flap rather then a tourniquet.

2. I think you'll wish you'd gone on a done the full 360 degree around as you're going to have some dog-ear issues I believe.

3. You need to watch those bruised areas closely. The circulation looks challenged around your belly button.

1) Ok - That binder was just taken off today for the first time 5 days post op. I just loosened it a bit now. I thought it had to be super tight but your the doctor so I will take your advice.

2) Maybe so however that would pretty much be a Lower Body Lift and wasnt something I could afford. I might or might luck out on the dog ear issue. I could always get a quick revision if it turns out to be bothersome. From what I understand dog ear correction is pretty easy. But thanks for the insight - I will be crossing my fingers on this one.

3) My surgeon saw those bruises and noted them today but didn't seem concerned. Is there something I should do to improve circulation? I will keep an eye on it though - thanks Doctor.
