My apron belly is HUGE... Like hanging to upper thigh and I havent heard about anyone comparable to this size having a panni. Im desperate to know the results and if its worth the pain its suppose to be. Im super nervous and excited at the same time.

Mine was quite large also.  The surgeon removed 17 1/2 pounds.  I will not lie to you - I had problems after the surgery and my recovery was long and painful.   My incision opened up and the wound was very large and deep.  I had to wear a wound vac for four months.  But I truly believe I was the exception, not the rule.  My surgeon never recommended a binder which in retrospect I believe would have helped me avoid the incision opening up.  I am happy with the final result.  I have read that other people have had very easy panni surgeries and I hope yours is easy too.

Yes he did lift it up and somehow made it smaller - maybe liposuction?  It looks fine.  But boy was it sore for awhile!

I had a 30 lb panni removed. Yes, it's painful at first, but I promise you the results will be worth it!

It really does. It looks perfect. I am amazed. I haven't posted pictures on my profile, but I had more surgery done on January 10th, and will post some before & afters in a week or two.
