Thought TT but recommended by surgeon LBL . .Question

Jen,

your question is perfect timing for me! In July I had anchor TT and thigh lift. I knew that I'd have a second surgery for my arms.  Well, I LOVE how my tummy and legs look, BUT once those got tightened my butt started feeling like my underwear had dropped down! I actually FEEL the extra skin there all the time!

So... While I didn't think I cared what my butt looked like, I've decided to have a butt lift done at the same time as my arms ... TOMORROW!!! We'll also do a small revision to my belly, but that shouldn't take long.

All that said, I wouldn't say that I "regret" doing the TT vs the LBL at the outset... But with 20-20 hindsight I'd probably do the LBL.

Whatever you choose, you're going to love it!

Best,

laura

Jen, I'm 2 1/2 weeks out from a LBL and I agonized and went back and forth for months about whether to do the tummy tuck or the LBL.  It was my stomach that bothered me, not my butt.  I didn't think my butt looked bad.  I finally decided to do the LBL after I heard over and over that I'd regret not doing it and that, if I did it in two stages, it wouldn't look as good as if it was all done as one.  And my PS assured me that there was little pain from the incisions - all the pain would be from the muscle repair.  Oh, he was so right!

Without sounding too perverted, my ass feels great!  I didn't realize how much it was drooping until it was lifted back up where it belonged.  The 2 extra drains are a pain to deal with - not physically painful, just something else to deal with.  I'd say go for it!
