Panni surgery February 7
When you have a chance and feel up to it I'd love to see some before and after pics. I'm hoping to get a panni sometime this year. I'd love more of a TT or LBL but if insurance will cover the panni for me I think I'll go for it. I'd love to see what I'm in for. Good luck and happy recovering!

Lost 150lbs, gained back 50lbs.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
