Breast implants with no lift - pictures please?
Hi all,
I'll be completing 2 years post-op this month. Crazy how time flies. My body looks almost perfect beside a little leftover skin here and there that doesn't bother me much. The only thing really bothering me is my breasts. I've seen my PS in 2011 and he did recommend implants and said I would need a lift.
I will be going to my home country in 10 days and I'm thinking about doing a boob job with him as it's cheaper there. I inquired if I could do it without the lift as I really dislike the lollipop scar and before losing weight I didn't mind the sag. He said that we could do it if my expectations are not great (it won't look perfect obviously). I am tempted to do it but would like to see your pics here. Can people who've done it post surgery with no lift let me know if you have pics up so I can friend you? Please, please, it would help me so much and I need to make a decision in the next 2 weeks. Btw, he said I can always do the lift in the future with no problem if I decide later.
Any other advice will be welcome.

I chose just the opposite: a lift with no implants. That was 8 weeks ago and not one moment of regret. The scar line around the areola is barely discernable and the lollipop stick is already very thin.
Wishing you all the best!

I don't have pictures but my best friend had the implants done with no lift because she didn't want the scarring; and she looks absolutely fantastic.
I had a consult with her doctor and he told me the only difference (depending on your breast size) is that people who do the lift and implants can go braless if they desire. My best friend had no intention of going braless and is happy with her 34D's!! (She was a C pre baby and pre weight loss, and a B cup after weight loss and breastfeeding.)
If I do it, I am not getting the lift.
If two plastic surgeons, who are experts, told you you need a lift, then you need a lift. It you can be happy with bigger breasts that sag, than do it. Personally, I like my perky boobs, even with the scar. But thankfully we each get to make our own choices. We just have to be ready to live with the consequences.

Thanks girls... see, such different opinions, that's why I would really like to see pics with no lifts of WL patients, it's hard to find online.
I might do the lift in the future, but I am really not feeling it right now, I only miss having the volume I did before.

Hello,
Just wanted to say that like you, I wanted a little more fullness with no scar. Went to see the PS and he showed me some pics of what it will be like (of course, everyone is different) but I decided implants with no lift. As you say, lift can be done later. My skin scars worse than most so I think I will be happier with just the implants and later (when older) maybe the lift.
Have not had my surgery yet as I need to lose a little more weight first. Hope this helps.
Great job on your weight loss and all you have done. You are truly an inspiration.
