Still flabby after lower body lift

If you look at your pre-op pics you can tell that it would be likely that some of your thicker upper central fatty areas would still be there. That is a problem area that is difficult to manage at the time of an abdominoplasty or body lift as aggressive defatting of that area of the upper skin flap can cause skin breakdown below it (by affecting circultation). This is most commonly treated with a stage surgery to convert this to a fler-de-lis pattern or secondary liposuction if your skin quality is good (yours is not BTW). Conceptually, your first surgery was a debulking procedure which may require mulitple procedures to get to the absolute best result.

Ok, I just looked at your pics and I would consider how you look to get great! I've just started losing so it will be awhile before I get my TT, but I would be very happy with a result like yours.

Thank you. Those pics I posted were 5 days after surgery and I was laying back so you can't really see the little flab I'm talking about. It's not major. Just a small "roll."

I had a similar feeling on my tt....then I realized that the roll was there when I was looking down. When I stand up straight it is gone. I finally figured out part is just the way my skin is and the surgeon took all he could. If he took more I wouldn't be able to stand up straight. Might that be what you're experiencing?
