Don't consider not safe! Do your research. Dr Heppe in Fredericksburg is fabulous! I have had upper eyes, face, neck, arms, breast lift and augmentation and now scheduled for lower body. All work is done outpatient. You can private message me for more info.

Short scar facelifts (of which the Lifestyle Lift is just a variation) are NOT procedures that work well with a lot of loose skin. They're better suited to minimal aging changes in people with excellent skin quality. By and large they are ill-suited to weight loss patients. Traditional face lift surgery incisions (which go up into the hairline behind the ear and in front) are usually required to really redrape most weight loss patients well.

I was told by a PS that work with post obese patients to run, don't walk.  I had already to started to look at this so, knew before I asked.
