I HAD RNY IN 2002 I NEED ALOT OF WORK BUT IM ON SSI I DONT HAVE ANY MONEY DOES ANY ONE HAVE ANY IDEAS FOR ME MY ARMS ARE DANGLY FROM HANGING SCEEN   ANY HELP WOULD BE GOOD MY TIGHS ARE SO MUCH TO IT HANGS OVER MY KNEES

Well, for most of us who have had our arms done, we paid out of pocket. You could check with a residency program. They would probably be the cheapest way to go. Good luck to you!!

I'm not sure if u have insurance but if so I'd call them and ask if they cover reconstructive plastic surgery because if u can prove its medically needed it may get approved.  I have had both a tummy tuck an last week my arms done. It was all covered by my insurance and the only thing I needed was documentation of rashes yeast infection on my skin medication that I've tried letters from drs for the plastic surgeon to sumit to ur insurance so it can be approved. U need an md and a surgeon that wants to work with u good luck
