Day one-no compression

I thought I'd be ecstatic to get out of the Spanx by day and the binder at night.  Well, I slept without the binder last night, and it was actually weird.....I was very "aware" of the incision line when moving in the bed, and I feel like I did a few sit ups this morning....it's as if I used my ab muscles more without the support of the binder.

I ran last night for the first time without compression, and that went fine.  Today, I'm in a dress with just "FBP's" (full butted panties).  I didn't want to do pants because I wore courds yesterday and with the Spanx it rubbed one spot a bit and it is tender.  It feels weird to not have the compression though, and I thought I'd be so happy to see it go.

I'll see how it goes...I could wear it still if I want,  I do remember the first day in Spanx and I had similar issues....so maybe it is just adjusting to another change.

Do you have incisions on the inner leg?? I have been wondering how that will feel when running without compression,

How goes the swelling today??

I'm not quite 3 weeks out and I'm already counting down the days to be binder-free.  I'm jealous!

So how's the swelling sans binder after a couple days?
I have been having bad swelling the last few days so I've been in my binder a good 5 hours during the day and again when I go to sleep.
