Panni removal in about a week

I'm having the panni removed in a week and I'm a bit terrified about the whole ordeal. I am about a year and half out from my RNY surgery so I know it is a bit early but I have so many skin issues that my doctors decided this was my best option with the knowledge I will most likely have to have revision(s) later on. Not sure why this one have me nervous I think it is because I know it will be way worst than the RNY procedure.

Relax, it will be fine.  I am 4 weeks out from abdominoplasty and breast lift.  I don't know that I would describe it as way worse than the RNY but it certainly is taking me longer to bounce back with energy and daily stamina.  Just make sure you allow yourself plenty of time to heal!

Good Luck!!

I just had my whole body done and my VSG surgery was much worse than the plastic surgery. I havent had much, if any, pain, and I was up moving around again and much more functional within days of surgery - with my sleeve, I was in lots of pain and useless for 3 full weeks.

I had the thigh lift, extensive lipo, anchor cut TT and LBL and the pain was not only manageable it was non existent. You will be fine. A panni usually doesn't involve muscle work. The pain is  so worth it!
