17 days out-LBL and BL
Recovery still going very well. I'm still taking two pain pills at night-staying in one spot too long makes me very stiff. I'm back at work today-working from home this week, and I'll be back in the office next week.
I have a follow up with my surgeon tomorrow. I'm still very swollen, but that is to be expected. Oh, and the itching! I was not prepared for that-cortizone cream really helps.
I still haven't sneezed since surgery-too scared to. Coughing and laughing really hard are still uncomfortable. All in all, I'm pleased with my progress and am looking forward to the final results.
I am 20 days out from TT and BL and the itching is CRAZY!!! My surgeon has recommended vaseline and tea tree oil for my scars and it works amazing. Old school the nurse said but it has herbal medicinal anti bacteria that is helping heal and keeping everything moist...that seems to be the key. I am back at the office this week but find the binder digging into my incision so I am up walking around at least 10 minutes every hour....good luck!!!
Hey guys, I am 20 days out.....from LBL and BL. My LBL incision is great. no issues with any incision at all. I have not had kids so I am not dealing with what you are dealing with....the tightening of the ab muscles. That must really hurt!!!!!! My recovery in that department is going really well. My issue is my breast lift. My left breast is painful and swollen to this day- the right breast is doing great. There was bleeding in my left breast and it is taking a while for it to absord. Has anyone experienced swelling in your breast after a BL almost 3 weeks out.?? My surgeon and my brother ( a doctor) both say it is just a matter of time for it to reasborb. Not a big deal but just curious...
I am 3 weeks out from TT and Breast Lift (no implants). I still have quite a bit of abdominal swelling. Doc was sure there was a seroma but couldn't get any fluid to drain. Sonogram showed no fluid sacs but lots of swollen tissue. Still have some swelling in my right breast, but not so much in my left. The swelling is just over the areola and makes the nip look like it is an 'innie'. I asked the doc if he was sure he did not sew it on inside out - lol! Like everyone else, I am hearing 'just be patient and let your body heal at its own pace."
Heres to continued good healing to us all!
I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!

Definitely! My left boob has a scabby spot....the other is just fine. I wonder if it is because I'm left handed and I use the left side more....
And the upper ab.....mine is nice and deflated when I wake up, and as the day progresses it gets puffy......but I know in time it will look so good!
I can't wait until Spring/Summer to really see the results!
