Fat roll after Tummy Tuck

I am 10 weeks post op tummy tuck and arm lift.  When I sit, I have a fat roll above my belly button.  I am upset because I figured my stomach would be completely flat even when sitting.  My arms are still a little flabby.  Is anyone else having the same issue.  Am I rushing my results?  I am so worried I will need a revision and I do not want to go through surgery again.

it's not uncommon to need a revision. Sometimes what looks good on the table is different when you're up and standing. I have had revisions done and just had to pay extra anesthesia fees.Just talk to your surgeon about your concerns.

My doc said given my body shape (meaning that I had excess fat above my belly button) that I will have a muffin top post LBL if I do not have lipo.  So on my second surgery  - brachioplasty on 12/11 - I am having lipo above the belly button to take care of that exact problem.  I am not looking forward to it, but I know that the lipo is necessary.  I understand that revisions are somewhat common.  Hope that this info help....

Upper abdomen fat is not really well treated with a tummy tuck. As mentioned, usually that needs secondary liposuction.

Thank you for your replies.  I have an appointment on 10th December.  I wondered how revisions were done.  The only thing I worry about is that I had my surgery done at a surgey center and I do not want to have to pay that fee again.
