Depends on how big ur arms r n if it is fat or skin, what does ur PS recommend , do it right the first time cause u may be disappointed and then it will cost u more

I had my arms done 12 weeks ago and lipo was included as a part of the procedure. Did you get go to a few board certified plastic surgeons?

Good Luck!

Depends on what your arms look like now. I did not need lipo, but my doctor did make me sign something in case he thought I needed it when I was on the table. My arms pre-op were about 12 inches around. Now they're about 10.
