 I live in Costa Rica, so the prices are much lower than the US, I wanted to go to Dr. sauceda in Mexico, buts he is on vacation right now. 

Oh that makes sense. I hope the surgery goes amazing with little to no scaring. I'm pretty sure I'm going to Dr. Sauceda once I get to that point. I think he is only on vacation until October. Either way if the surgeon is awesome then you deserve it.
