More Back Pain since Breast Reduction

So my girls are now soundly in the large C small D category.  And one of the major reasons my insurance paid for it was all the upper back pain I was getting during exercise caused by my large breasts.  BUT since surgery, the pain is in the same place as before but almost constant.  If I'm not lying down, I have the tightness and pain that I used to only get when I exercised.  What the hell is up with that?  Is it just my body adjusting to the rapid loss of weight there, or is there something more going on.

I had a prophylactic mastectomy with reconstruction last year and had quite a bit of back pain early out.  I figured it was a result of the change in the distribution of weight on my upper body.  As the days went on, the pain very slowly got better and better, eventually disappearing all together.  Hopefully, you will have the same experience.
