After Breast Lift 30/07 when does the swelling go down?

This is above the breasts and to the sides that even when my arms at my sides it bothers my boobs let alone fiercer about crossing my arms!
Next official PS apptmt is on Sunday. Hopefully he'll take out the stitches which have not dissolved yet. I am still on two oral antibiotics and I put on an antibiotic cream on the incisions.
