Congrats on choosing Dr. S.  He's an incredible man with a great team!  Have you been posting over on his OH Group?

I had a very flat tushie.  I actually didn't realize he was going to do the butt augmentation.  I knew that he was going to take fat from my thighs and put it into my tush.  That is not nearly as long lasting as the flap.  What it did was give me a nice rounded shape which is great in tight jeans!

Here's my Xpost with pics of the top of the butt rounded with the flaps.

Hi Laura,

when did this improve for you? I'm 3 months post. I'd love to start jogging but about 10 feet in it feels like my butt is tearing off and I have to stop and I feel bruised for days afterwards.

I found that really awesome compression shorts helped with this. I highly recommend the 2XU brand. They're pricey, but totally worth every penny. I bought two pairs of shorts and, if it's not shorts weather, I just wear them under longer (and cheaper) running pants.

At least 6-9 months to feel somewhat normal when using the elliptical (I am not a runner). For floor exercises, I still have to make sure I have extra cushion under my butt when I am on my back, even this far out.
