I'm Alive! 6 days post-PS

Ain't gonna lie: the first 3 days sucked. I had a BL/BA with 375 cc silicone implants (I wanted a nice "C" cup as I don't want to look "fatter", as my tiny ass size 5 sister puts it) under the muscle, arm lift, and lipo on my thighs and stomach area. 6 days in--I have weaned off the percoset to extra strength tylenol and the pain ain't too bad, mostly just uncomfortable. Lipo areas feel really weird/uncomfortable without the compression garment (took my first real shower and it was heaven, but couldn't wait to put the compression back on)... As an extra bonus, I had this cyst right inbetween my breasts that kept coming back and the doc cut it out for me. :) And he did lipo around my haunches and under my booty, which I wasn't expecting.

Having perky boobies is weird, even when I was 248 lbs, my boobs hung low and my nipple looked downward. It is pretty awesome seeing nice breasts and even though I am still super swollen, I think my arms are going to be nice, too. They already look 100x better than before.

The doc took out almost 9 lbs. of fat through lipo and a "significant" amount of skin from my arms. That was his word...I am not on top of things and didn't take before photos, but my doc said he would email me the ones he took, as well as the photos of fat and skin removed I requested. (I'm weird, I wish I would have asked my VSG doc to take a photo of my stomach that he cut out.) Went in weighing 175, today weigh 177, I know I'm still very swollen, but it is slightly disheartening considering I haven't had much of an appetite either the last 6 days, but I'm back to drinking lots of fluid. Time to stay off the scale for a couple weeks...

Anyway, will totally post pics when I get them and have someone take some of me--question, I am very non-tech friendly and does OH care if I don't know how to black out my nipples in boobie photos? Or do I have to figure that out?

I hope everyone is doing well!

P.S.--that thing about having extra restriction? I didn't even have a tummy tuck and I have lots of restriction, but I did have lipo on the tummy area and it is swollen. I'm 15 months out and feel like I have a baby sleeve again for the time being. It's kinda nice...

Drink and rest, move when you can and eat protein to aid in healing.
Take pain meds if needed. Ask for help if you need it.

Glad everything is going okay!  I am new to this forum and looking to do plastics 2013.  I had seen you were having surgery this week and waiting to see how you made out.  Everyday should get better and better.  Hope you have a quick recovery.

Thanks! Aside from those first 3 horrible days, it's not too bad...knock on wood. :) Hope it continues this way.

You are so pretty,  I can't wait to see the pics.  Use Paint to black out whatever you need too, there is a spraypaint like option in there.
