Of course you can, it cost me 11.5k to get this body, I figure for the cost of a used car I could drive my body around forever and be happy.  And the walking will do me good.  lol

Thanks for posting photos.  You look great and should be proud to be smokin'-hot and bikini clad in your 40's!  Like you, I've justified the cost of plastic surgery by considering that it costs about what a used car would... I'll keep my older car and upgrade my body instead!

Yup exactly.  I spent my entire life trying to give my son everything and I got what was left over, well after I had wls I figured it was only fair that I now spend something on me.  I figured it was an investment in my mental health and it really has made me feel so much better and normal.  I am not embarassed to wear tank tops or sleeveless anything even though I have ugly scars.  I feel okay about my body naked, its not perfect by any stretch of the imagination but feels like its atleast in proportion now.

Thanks!

I totally agree!! My mental health sucked when I was trying to deal with the excess skin. I was a complete whakadoodle and I know I drove my boyfriend CRAZY!! I had to invest in me for me, not him, not anyone else but me!! Where there is a will, there is a way!!

For sure.  I didn't fix everything, but I fixed what really made me upset.  The rest I can deal with!
