Sharing my brachioplasty and lbl experience

I had my extended tt and neck lift done together at Yale, a teaching hospital and they kept me under 10 hours to get it right, and when I woke up everything was fine.  My tt turned out perfectly, my neck lift was good at first and then loosened again which I had revised during my brachioplasty surgery.  All that said I can understand why you are disappointed.  It looks like they could have lifted everything in one surgery, your skin looks good and you didn't have huge amounts of excess skin.  I would be upset if I were you, hopefully they can fix it with a revision and make you happy.  I know revisions suck, believe me I had my neck revised and its still looser then I would like but the doctor told me having a long neck can make it very difficult to get the neck nice and tight.  Maybe someday I will get it all redone.  Good Luck if you decide on a revision.

I can certainly understand your disappointment. How many lower body lifts post-massive weight loss has your surgeon done? I feel so bad for you right now. I have never seen a cut so high in the back. A lot of us have a lot of back fat to remove and are still able to get a clean low scar. I hope things progress along for you in the next month or so.
