What kind of matience needed after a Tt and bl/ba silicone?

I have my surgery in October and husband told me to ask what upkeep or matience do I need for this work down the road? I know I will probably need an MRI or something is it every 5 years if I get silicone implants and most time insurance doesn't cover. So what do people do? Thanks for any input

 I had those procedures 2.5 years ago I don't have any real maintenance to speak of except that I have to have my yearly mammogram and I do return to my plastic surgeon once a year for a check as well. The PS is covered and sort of required because I chose gummy silicone implants and they are still research on them so they want to record them for ten years so they also pay me to go back and get checked so my surgeon can report back to the manufactuer. 
Other than that Nothing I know they say they are good for ten to twenty years so not sure if I will have to have them replaced in the future I guess time will tell .
