surgery Tuesday
On Tuesday, I am having a mons lift/reduction and second stage revision on my tummy tuckfrom January. There wasn't a problem with how the tummy tuck came out, but when one loses 226 pounds, often the best result takes 2 stages because so much skin must be removed.
If you are of a like mind, please send a prayer heavenward and if not, please send good vibes. I am hoping that I have no complications like in January and that I heal completely and quickly.
I will post again when I get home from the hospital, but I don't anticipate posting any pictures-way too private-LOL- for me.

Ive lost about 220 and I plan on doing a lbl in November so i'm wondering what results you got with your TT in Jan, and what you are hoping to improve with the revision? Was there extra skin left or just small section that are bothering you?
I'll be saying a prayer for you and sending you lots of good vibes - good luck with the surgery :)

I got good results with the original tummy tuck-just some extra skin; enough that I can grab with my hands, but I started with a pannus that hung almost to my knees so the difference was phenomonal. Honestly, I would have been okay with it, but I had to have the mons lift/reduction done. It is the size of a soft ball-it looks like I am pack a pair of you-know-what. Because my plastic surgeon is doing that, she submitted the revision to the insurance company as well and they are paying for everything.
