Exercising after LBL

 I exercised once sometimes twice daily prior to my LBL. My doc cleared me at 4 weeks out to do whatever exercises I want. I started by speed walking and I've work my way up to a run some speedwalk some for about an hour. My stomach feels fine but my butt feels like it i****ting cement when I run. Has anyone experienced this?

Also, would running and the up/down movement make my scar on my butt stretch wider?

Oh and I'm exercising in my compression garment or spanx.

I was told only walking for 6 weeks. I personally wouldn't run yet. There is plenty of time for working out in the future, don't ru**** You need to heal. Just walk longer if you want to burn more calories.
