Picture of my new tummy...

The thing that surprised me the most with my surgeries was my husband's reaction. He honestly had no desire at all for me to go through with these, and was totally happy with me as I was "before". However, he knew that I would not quit until I got this stuff done, so he said to go ahead.

A couple of weeks after I got back from having my facelift, I mentioned getting the tummy tuck that I always wanted, and he said "Go ahead and get it done if it will make you happy."  It was obvious when he said that, that HE wanted me to get it done, too. He's been amazed with the results that I've gotten from my surgeries.

I think your husband will probably be the same way once he sees how great you look and feel after surgery. It's SO true that once you change one thing, other things that need to be done really do stand out even more. It's hard to quit until they are all taken care of.

That's exactly why I wanted to do all of my priority areas (belly, thighs and rear) in one procedure. I am unhappy with my deflated breasts, but they look fine in a bra so I can live with that, if necessary.

Me too, Girl! My boobs are last on my list, and I'm not at all worried about doing anything with them right now. I might get a lift one day, but just had my old implants removed when I had my facelift and I feel SO much better without the implants that I am going to do a lift only with no implants. For now, though, a good bra is perfectly fine with me!

You look awesome!  It is wonderful to have that taunt, flat tummy instead of ripples of flab and you have a very cute belly button too!

Thanks, Tess. I'm loving my belly button. I need to take an updated picture, as it's shrinking more as it heals. I'll wait a few more days until it's even more healed, and I'll update my pictures. Yes, it's GREAT having a flat tummy! AMAZING!! I can tell my husband is jealous, because he's always complaining about his own belly hanging over his jeans.

I'm trying to figure out what part of Mississippi you are from. I graduated from Gulfport High and was born in Jackson.

I am about 30 miles from the Tennessee line (Memphis) off of I-55.  Senatobia is about 2 hours and 45 minutes north of Jackson, MS.  My daughter got her BS from Univ. of Southern in Hattiesburg.

Thanks!! I've always loved being tall. I know lots of ladies who don't like their height and wear flats all the time. Not me. I love wearing heals and towering over the other Walmart shoppers, lol.

I can't wait!  I can't imagine what life will be like to not have this blob in my lap when I'm sitting down!
