Coouldn't hardly raise my arms above my shoulders for a month seems like. I was very stiff for a 2-3 months just in general movement. About 6 months really over feeling wioth the chest till it felt like it loosened up for me. Never seemed like I had a alot of pain with that part of my surgery (I had my TT & Gynecomastia at same time) just seemed like I always had a tight t-shirt on or something restricting my movement.
