Anyone who had a TT and LBL together
Does it make the most sense to have a LBL combined with a TT or is something that would be realistic to do later if I decide that I really want it? I know I would benefit from the LBL and look better, but i just dont know if it's worth the pain (for what it's worth - I'll be doing my arms/Bl/BA and TT with Dr. S hopefully in November)
Any thoughts? Sorry if i'm just rambling - i'm a little anxious even thinking about PS. Anyone wish they had a LBL at the same time or had one and don't think it was worth it?

At first I thought a lbl alone would give me the tummy outcome I wanted, but having such a large upper abdomen in addition to stubborn back fat even after weight loss, I would not be happy without the anchor cut. Unlike most women I am a true apple shape. I am a size 6 in hips, but size 10 on top/size12/14 at the widest upper stomach roll. Most before/after pics I've seen with similar bodies, with out the anchor have not shown the pull-in in the torso I desire to balance out the body as I desire.
If anyone has had both, or any surgeons please give feedback!
I had Dr S give me the LBL with the Anchor Cut TT! I should have shown you my results while we were in Vegas. I absolutely love my flat tummy! I must also tell you that he did the FlapButt Augmentation and it has relived my sore hiney from being "boney" -- completely! I had fallen down the stairs about 4 weeks before my surgery. I had a problem with my behind hurting while sitting for long periods and then after falling it really hurt! He augmented my behind with the Flap he removed from my LBL and no more uncomfortable behind!
I think it makes sense to do it all at the same time. The incision on my backside didn't hurt at all. My thighs hurt and my facelift hurt, but my Anchor Cut TT and LBL had no pain associated with it. None at all. Yes, you have to be careful when you bend over for a few weeks after surgery and be deliberate with your movements - but it is not bad and really worth the scar. Did Dr S say you needed the LBL or just the Anchor Cut TT?
Honest! No pain! Ask on Dr S's forum if the others felt like I did! I know Chris does!
12/09 and 6/11, 9 skin removal procedures with Dr. Sauceda in Monterrey Mexico
Revised to the Sleeve after losing 271 lbs with the LapBand.
Dr. S did recommend a LBL and the anchor cut but I guess I was just confused about how the two procedures related to each other. I was wondering how painful it would be to sit/lay and travel with all those incisions but it sounds like it wasn't too bad which is re-assuring.
I'll post on Dr S's forum and ask...i'm sure I have a million other questions too :)
Thank yoU!!!

I have been to see two surgeons and one recommended the circumferential and one recommended the anchor TT with a butt flap fix down the line if I felt it was necessary.
I am also very anxious about having surgery and stitches and drains and the idea of a 360 cut is frightening to me as well...so I am wondering if I should have the anchor first and then the LBL down the line, as one of the surgeons recommended, or just get it done all together.
The first surgeon pulled up a significant amount of skin from my butt and thighs and said that a circumferential lift would remove that skin but the second surgeon said that a circumferential lift would not fix that problem and the Anchor TT is my best option because it will remove the front and side skin and contour and the circumferential is not necessary because I have no "back fat" or "back skin" (I agree, my back is perfect, I just HATE the dangling skin below my butt and how it spreads when I sit...)
It seems they both cost the same, so I'm not sure what direction to consider? Anyone have any advice?
