Damn girl you look might fine! Your before looks similar to my appearance! If only my after can look like you do! Did you have that anchor cut up? What about from behind?

It definitely makes a difference!! Recovery will be easaier for you plus your results will look so much better. I'm in awesome shape. I give half the credit to my surgeon, but dang it, I'm taking half for all my working out!!

 Having strong muscles will make a huge difference in your recovery 
.  I'd  been doing Pilates for  about two years before my surgeries and I was able to get in and out of bed by myself from the day of surgery. I was in my late 50s.
