Finally after a year of fighting my insurance company they are paying for my pannelectomy and I am paying the extra for the full TT. So ladies and gents please let me know how it was!! I am getting the extended TT with the cut hip to hip and pubic to breast bone. I know there is a great deal of recovery and need advice on how long, what to expect, what to wear!! Ya know the whole shhhbbbangg...soo all advice appreciated!! Thanks in advance...OHH did I mention I am soooo freaking excited!!! Round two will be the fight for my boobs!!
Congrats!! That is exciting news! Way to go.
I know it was a tough battle and it will be so worth it. I too had to fight my insurance and finally won with the panni but now I'm fighting for the breasts. That is the one I want so badly. I should find out in a few weeks with my 3rd appeal.
Again I'm so happy for you!

I figure this is going to be extremely painful!! I am ready!! As for cutting public to breast bone, this is an extended tummy tuck, they tighten the stomach muscles all the way up and this is because of the stretching due to carrying mainly weight in my stomach. Some recommend this and some do not!! He said this would give me the best possible results!
I think I will be doing the same procedure...pending insurance approval. The way the doctor explained it to me is it makes it possible for them to work on your tummy both vertically and horizantally. It will bring the sides in and give you the perfect hour glass shape. Not all people need this procedure. I carried all my weight in my belly, none in the back so I don't need a body lift. It does leave an inverted t scare on your belly but I already have 2 large scars so I don't mind that. I will trade them any day for a belly that doesn't hang or flap when I work out.
