Breast lift

I went to my PS wanting a Breast augmentation and was told that i needed a breast lift and implants were not reccomended and would be saggy in 6 months due to my weight loss. Apparently my skin was stretched out and now it's too thin/saggy to hold up implants. Was anyone else told they couldn't get implants? I was a full 40D before weight loss and I was a 38 C before my lift. I am not satisfied with my lift at all. I'm a week out. With the lift he also took my fatty tissue on sides under armpit area and filled in my upper breast area, im satisfied w that part as it is nice and full but i have nothing to fill a bra.Had arms done same time also.

I'm due fir a Breast Lift but I do not want anything added to my breasts and they are not that big at all. With my weight-loss my boobs feel to me like headlights poking out.
Buy a smaller bra when you're allowed and see how they look as it takes a while for the boobs to settle properly into place.
Sorry I'm not more encouraging.

Many surgeons do breasts for us WLS peeps in two stages. It's supposed to help the implants stay up in place better. My surgeon wants to wait as least 3-6 months. If you're not happy in a few months, get the implants. I'm a 2-stager. I hope to get implants as soon as I can save up some money.

Unfortunately I don't know about BA since I had a BR, but I'd ask him about the 2-stage part like the other poster mentioned. Though you'd think he would tell you that was an option upfront considering that's what you wanted. If he says no still to implants, I'd get a second and third opinion! Also I'm no expert obviously, but you're only a week out so even though they most likely won't get bigger, maybe you'll like the way they look when you're further out and you can see the final results.

My surgeon also recommended a 2 stage surgery. I am scheduled for the lift in July and 3 months later I have the option to put in the implants. I would ask your surgeon about this and then head to 2-3 WLS PS and see what they say.

I'm set to have my breasts done this summer. My surgeon also recommends doing the breast lift/augmentation in two parts. He will do the lift first and then in 3 to 6 months if I still want it, he will do the augmentation.

I wasn't really happy with the idea at first, but I want my breasts to look good, and I don't want to take any chances at having a botched boob job. I was a 40F before WLS, and now I'm a 32D. He already said that after the surgery I will be a B-cup. I already look like a B-cup, so I know that I will eventually have an augmentation. I will probably do it when I get the TT.

Thank you all so much for your responses! Had my appt today and he said he would reluctantly put breast implants in me in 3-6 months. Which seems like a century to me! I feel like none of my shirts will fit me with these new small breasts!! Hope I can manage to find some good bras once I'm able to get out of compression garment!!
