Hello! This is my first time on this forum! I don't think I would be able to afford plastic surgery but care  credit approved me! I saw the pastic surgeon two dys ago, and at my request (ok, begging!) they were able to work me in and do the brachioplasty this morning!

I have a question, does antibody know if swelling of the hands is normal after a brachioplasty? I have been using them...the right is more swollen than the left. Thank you!

Hello Texashello!  I notice  you may be from Fort Worth.  Do you mind sharing who did your brachioplasty?  I am having a revision on mine in November.  I am just curious.
Thanks,
Brooke

Hi Susan!  Yep, Nov 2009!  I'm doing good.  I need a revision to my arms.  Doc was too conservative!  My revision is in November (again) 2012!  You look GREAT!

yes it is normal, keep your  arms elevated maybe like resting on pillows, it will feel better tomorrow, if your right hand is your dominant hand, uu probably used that hand more
Good Luck Susan

Yep, swelling is perfectly normal.  My fingers were like sausages. If you are using one more than the other that one will be more swollen. Try to take it easy and use them both equally and just take it easy.
