Any Luck With Insurance Covering Buttocks?

Insurance covered my panniculectomy, and I'm very happy with the results.  But, I'm having issues in the back - with skin splitting.  I'm thinking that it's the excess skin pulling.  I made an appointment with my pcp to start documenting the issue.... has anyone ever gotten approval for this?  I wish I could have afforded a LBL..... but my tummy actually looks great.

Help with the insurance letter, wording would be appreciated too.

Thanks!

My insurance initially said that they would only cover a panniculectomy, but when I challenged it, they upgraded me to an abdominalplasty. I was denied for my butt, thighs and breasts. I wish you the best of luck!
